15 November 2010I just have got the membership number and have also got full time COP but have not yet registered my firm with ICAI. Please tell me whether there is any benefit of doing practice by creating a proprietory firm or just continue practice with my name.

Dear Deepak,
For a good start of your career i would advise you to join a good reputed CA firm...brush up your skills...enjoy the work load...create new relations...learn how to handle and deal with clients...after that register and practice under your own firm.
