The CA in part-time practice can not sign any financial statements as part of his practice.

CA in job can not perform attestation function. He can do all other things

Hi, what is the difference between attestation, signing and certification ? Can a CA holding part-time COP be given special permission by the Council to do above ? Please clarify.
