Whether Resident became non resident in the F.Y. 2011-12 and If he invest in PPF Scheme Rs.50,000 whethe he is eligible to get deduction u/s 80C.

Yes, deduction is still allowed u/s 80C. It is allowed to an Individual or HUF whether resident or non-resident.
