08/02/2018 - Rs. 11000
28/02/2018 - Rs. 35000 - Total Deposits Rs. 46000...
Can I claim PPF deduction above said Rs. 46000...?

Yes, you can claim PPF deposit deduction u/s 80C.
Further, interest from PPF is also exempt u/s 10(11).

It's mean I claim the PPF amount in 80C...
Also in Employment PF deducted Rs. 21600 (12*1800). Can I Claim this amount?

Yes u/s 80C you can claim deduction for Rs.46000 and Interest on PPF is also exempt u/s 10(11)

Under Section 80C you can Claim Upto Rs. 1,50,000.00 for Investment in your PPF & PF.

Yes you can claim Rs 46000 [ur deposit in PPF] and Rs 21600 [Employment PF] both in 80C.
U still have scope of Rs 82400 to be claimed in 80C
