I want to know whether I can appear for CPT online exam in August or september (if conducted) after appearing for june 2011 if I get failed.
Should I wait for next 6 moths or can i go for online exam conducted within a gap of 2-3 monts after paper pencil mode...?

within a gap of 6 months u can appear in pp mode & one online xam

just concentrate on your june CPT, make preparation for this attempt and prepare as if this would be ur first and last attempt! u will definetly succeed,..
