Is there any provision / practice for postponement of AGM ? I think no, but wanted to discuss.
What would happen if say before 2 days of AGM, a political party has called a bandh.

Postponement of annual general meeting is possible but it must itself be held within the statutory period (including the period of extension thereof, if any allowed) as provided in section 166(1). The minimum time period from date of Notice of postponement to date of AGM should be 21 days as prescribed by law.
