hai..

Services provided by goods transport agency by transporting 'used household goods for personal use'.

I'm going to appear in may 2018 (ipcc) exam, my book was printed in july,2017. In my book, it was like "the above services are taxable at 5%".

but i think the latest amendment Notification.32/2017 dated 13th october 2017 ... the above services is exempted (0%)
i saw that in a CBEC article about GTA.

what should i do ?
which one should i consider for my exam ?

please help ! ! !

what is the tax treatment for Transportation of goods by waterways FROM OUTSIDE INDIA TO INDIA ?
If taxable, what is the gst rate ?
