We are a closely held public limited company. We intend to pass a resolution under Sec. 293(1)(a) through postal ballot. Would like to know whether postal ballot notice under Section 192A is applicable to us. Please let us know whether we can pass resolution through postal ballot

Section 192A of the Companies Act 1956 and postal ballot rules 2011 are not applicable to unlisted public companies.
