I have seen my AIS form to file return
All Transcation found but post office PPF and NSC Transcation not included in ais form. so shall I file return as per AIS.

You can claim benefit of PPF and NSC as per sec 80c. Even though it's not a part of AIS, you still can claim the benefit. If NSC is matured, then you have to show it as an income while filling return.
