Post incorporation formalities

Hi Friends,

Could you please let me know all the post formalities after incorporation of a Pvt. company in the following cases

1. New  company

2. Company takeover by new company

Here some formalities listed here ESI, PF, PT, VAT, ST 

Please let me know if i miss any thing and also mention the forms for the above cases individually
