Is it possible to ITC Claim in February 2019 or March 2019 for the month of August 2017 and December 2017.

As per Order 2/2018 CT St.31/12/2018 :
You can claim ITC of previous FY till 31/03/2019
Hence you can claim August, December 2017 ITC upto 31/03/2019
