Awesome!!!! we the accounting/finace community need to support this marvellous cause....we have long been suffering the evils of corruption.Anna Ji has created a wave of anti-corruption momentum which has swept the nation and has caused the political establishment to tremble and pay heed to the people who have elected them in the first place....we are priveleged to be living in the times of Anna ji!!!!!!

Today, Anna is not the name of a person. Anna is a thought, Anna is a feeling and Anna is symbol of India's progressive youth.

It is not about Anna or Arvind Kejriwal or any other person for that matter. It is not about the Jan Lokpal bill or any other anti-corruption law. It is about building a new India, peaceful India and progressive India. It can't be built if the foundations are infected with corruption. In order to build a strong India, the foundations have to be cleared of the virus called corruption. We have taken a step in the right direction to achieve our goal. Remember, it is just a battle and not the war. The war is going to be long. Right now we have to ensure that the first battle against corruption is won.

The foundation stone for India's war for Independence was laid in 1857 but, it took us another 90 years to attain complete independence. We can't afford to wait for so long to win this Battle. We have the duty towards coming generations to give them the India of Bhagat Singh's dreams, Azad's dream and of every man and woman's dream who laid down their lives to ensure that we are born in an India free of British rule. But, we have been taking this independence for granted. We have not been exercising our right to vote and many other such rights in a responsible manner. Remember, with every right comes a big responsibility. We have been fighting for our rights but, our responsibilities towards the nation, towards the society and towards the mankind at large have always taken a backseat in our scheme of things. As a result, we have pushed our country and fellow countrymen in a pitiful condition.

Having said all this, everything is not lost. We the youth of India have the power to change the way our motherland is being treated by its own sons. Today, we all are angry with the present state of affairs of our country. Remember, anger can be a very effective weapon if utilized in a positive way. We have to direct our energy and also the supplementary energy generated by anger to serve our beloved country and to repay some portion of the debt we owe to it and to the great souls who sacrificed their lives to make their dreams turn into a reality for us.

My dear fellow passengers in this Voyage towards the India of our dreams, keep the fire burning.

Par ye bhi janta hun....Kisi na kisi ko pahal toh karni hi padegi.......or ki bhi Anna Ji ne.......or aaj desh ka koi bhi kona ho.........unko support mil raha hai........

Par Ek sawal ab bhi hai........Zindagi ke 20 saal kisi officer ne rishwat lekar kaam kiya toh bache huye 10 saal woh bina rishwat ke kaise kaam kar sakega.......

First and foremost….a gud poem………..wont say great though but gud to c that u n ur brother is rallying behind this move…………

But I don’t support Mr.Hazare’s methods…..his purpose is noble but his method and demands are not…….there r other ways to fight ………..and ppl who believe this law is like a magic wand which wil wipe out corruption are clearly misconceived…………

Imagining to end corruption by making lokpal sit in judgment over everyone including parliament and the judiciary is not just undemocratic under India’s constitution ,it is a silly idea……..We are already over burdened with so many laws but seldom follow it…….lok pal will turn into another monster and who is going to tame it??????another lokplal?????making laws is not the solution ,acting on them sure is…………..if we really want a clean ,corruption free society then we ourselves have to start frm our own homes,society….learn to speak against injustice……….speak for those who cant voice their opinion…………blindly following is not showing support……….i really wonder how many of those who go to the rallies actually knw wat lokpal is and wat r it’s demands???

Anna Hazare’s fast unto death is a clear instance of misunderstood democracy………suicide is angst law ………..what Mr.Hazare is doing is black mail…….and citing Gandhi in support of fast is misconceived…….the great man fasted angst imperial rule in an undemocratic society……………..

The views are my personal views and I will not say sorry if I hurt anyone’s sentiments coz we live in a democratic society aur yeh desh jitna aapka hai,utna hi mera bhi hai…………..i too have the power to voice my own opinion…………so I request all to start the fight angst corruption frm ur own house………..jab koi trafficwala aapko signal pe pakadta hai toh don’t bribe him………..dont give donations to schools,colleges to get admission…………don’t bribe AOs………..agar hum sab yeh kare tab jaake india sahi maino me corruption free india hoga……………..
