Whether E-filing of returns(Income-tax, TDS, Service-tax, Mvat, Excise, Company) are mandatory for all assessees?

Whether E-payment of Tax (as above) is mandatory?

Can anyone provide me duedates of e-payment( or non-epayment) of taxes and due dates of filing of all the above returns(whether Efiling / non-E-filing)?

Plzzzzzzzzz............. its very urgent.

i guess its compulsory for companies.

if you do not pay tax for the quarter also, it is mandatory to file the nil reports

It is compulsory for those who are having tax audit and also compulsory for companies

Excise duty Payment :- If company has paid excise duty exceeding Rs. 50 Lakhs during the preceding F.Y. then it is mandatory to e-payment.

Service Tax Payment :- If company has paid Service Tax exceeding Rs. 50 Lakhs during the preceding F.Y. or in current F.Y. then it is mandatory to e-payment.

In case of Excise duty & Service Tax e-payment date is 6th of next month if it such duty or tax is monthly payable (or 16th of next month if it is quarterly payable) upto 8:00 P.M. In case e-payment is N.A. then it is 5th and 15th.

ESI Payment date :- 21st of the next month

VAT Payment date :- 14th of the next month

E-filing of Income tax return are compulsory in case of Companies, Audited partnership firms. Due date of Audited persons is 30th september. Also these assessee are required to pay taxes though e-banking. Individuals or HUF which are covered under 44AB -tax audit are also required to pay taxes through e-banking.
