u can upload ur resume on websites of naukri and monster.. the consultants will call you and fix interviews.
no direct entry as per my perception.
i had been in 3 big 4 interviews thru consultants.

You may go on their respective websites for it. At the website there are also options to float your CV there only as far i know.
