is it neccesary to learn all the sections in tax and law....coz they are a way too much....
what is the way to remember them in exams...???
Provisions are more important than sections,,,,,,,,
there for you should write the right provision..
but in some cases if you put section no. then it will create good impression on examiners.
for example in case of opinion type question or question says to expalain any thing then you have to give section for your basis of argument and even there will be need to give some case law reference.
But always remember never put wrong section no. that will create very bad impression.

Hi Heena,
We need not necessarily learn all the sections but at the same time we should try n learn the important ones & even if thats not happening then u need not panic since its just an extra advantage one gets by mentioning the section. But one more thing I would like to say that never force yourself to mug up something as if u study well u'l after a certain time start retaining section nos. on our own.Its a fact.Just try it out.
All the best!!

Yes, Heena it’s necessary to learn most of the section in tax and law which is important. But, one thing - remembering provision is more important then learning section. Here, I want to share one experience that if you write 100% right answer against one question with a wrong section then its worthless. So, try to grab all the provisions and be a good presenter in the exam that’s enough.
