my uncle bought FLAT in new scheme.. his builder askd him to PAY SERVICE TAX .. so is there any liability to pay S.TAX on IMMOVABLE PROPERTY for resident in INDIA.................?????????

You have to consider what type of Service is provided by the builder.

Service Tax will be charged but not to be on full amount of Flat.
