Hi. You are not thinking about irrelevant things but which are important things because these are unresolved issues in your life which comes to the fore when you are alone with yourself. But as preparing ca final is a deadline based task, so you have to prioritise things in your life. So you have to politely ask your good friend “mind” to think about these issues after the exams and now concentrate only on studies. Few tips.
1. Live in the present. Remember the past is history the future is mystery the moment you are having right now is truly is a gift. That is why this moment is called “the present”.
2. Forgive everyone. Silently ask for forgiveness from everyone else in your life. This will calm your mind.
3. Follow a fixed time schedule for your studies. Be away from news papers, current affairs until the completion of your exams.
4 Whenever you feel agitated just remember it is a trick/play of the mind... do not get bogged down by your good ‘friend’. Do some deep breathing with a calm mind and immediately engage with your studies.
5. Think and concentrate on completing one chapter at a time. Quickly complete two or three ‘A’ category chapters in each subject which will fetch you at least 40 marks. This will give you enough confidence to complete remaining chapters.
I am sure that after becoming a ‘chartered accountant’, when you make your near and dear ones proud, when you serve the society by resolving their problems by applying your knowledge, when you get respect for what you have done most of the queries generated by your mind at present becomes irrelevant. Be happy. With best wishes.
