Plzz helpp law

Hi I want a solutions of ETHICS questions (statements) which r given in MUNISH BHANDARI SIR BOOK @ d end of each chapter.......All r not getting solved by reading chapter....
So plzz if any one has solution then upload here...or any file which has solved statements of ETHICS which r asked in examzz now a days............:-)
And plz tell me d imp. topics of COMPANY LAW I M HAVING A LIMITED TIME.......
