I don't think so they will waive any late fees for GSTR-3B. Already Late Fees levied u/s 47 of the CGST Act 2017 has been waived off for GSTR-1 for the period July 2017 to November 2019 if all the Statements are filed within "10.01.2020."

NOTE : Due Date for filing FORM GSTR-3B for the month of NOVEMBER 2019 has been extended to 23.12.2019.

There should be waiver for 3B bloxking eway bill is causing nuisance to us and clients.. Govt is forcing biz to close down

Hello..

Still N numbers fo GST holder was not filed 3B, for F.Y.2018-19 bcz scared of late fee. If Govt gives a chance for waive of late fee.. GST reg person filing will increase. In future let gst council take strickly action for nil returns per year gst holder have to pay some of Rupees etc. on the returns basis.. We are humbly request you to waive 3b late fee till 2019 Dec.
