03 July 2010whether cash payment exceeding 20,000 disallowance apply to payment made to state electricity board?????sme ppl saying that since it is only a govt board disallownace will attract.......bt other argument is that there is a court decision regarding this issue and hence no disallowance..........................

hey...ratan bt me getting the opposite opinion.......the reason they are saying that , electricity board
is only a govt board and not the govt itself and hence disallowance will apply......
hey manoj rule 6DD does not give clarification 4 dis.....
