Hello..........
Plz tell me if income is received from wife house propery( means house is in the name of wife) than husband can show this income in his income...........by legal way...........

First husband should get determination by way of MoU or simple Agreement or Affidavit from his wife stating that her permission to take income from house property in her husbands name, then Husband can show in his income
