I had heard that we have to start a new ques from a new page.....that means even d sub-parts of ques is 2 b started from new page or only a new ques from a new page.....

Nopes. Sub part has to be started from the same page. For e.g. if question 2 of true false has 5 parts then all the parts s'd be done together at same page...
