what is the time limit in which a revised t.d.s. return can be filed?
No limit as far as i know...
but its best to revise at the earliest. The Form 16/16A issued by u will have to be revised, to rectify the new acknowledgement number, so there could be problem for deductee for claiming credit....not too many people are getting the Computerised statement generated by Dept.
better to revise before any assessment has been commenced.
