Purpose-export
Purchaser is not taking the physical delivery of goods as want to export directly from Mumbai Port & purchaser is not registered under local VAT. What will be the treatment ? as goods are not entered in Chennai then how can it be a CST sale?

Goods Movement not a criteria for CST Sale.... if Buyer is not from the same state then cst will be charge.
