2. MAFA : Ashish Kalra

3. Audit : G.Shekhar

4. Company Law : Munish Bhandari

5. Costing : Saxena & Vashisht

6. MICS : Dinesh Madaan

^Are those books for Final (New Course)? I am about to start preparing for Final (November 2010). So is the time enough for preparing both groups? Is the provision of exemptions still continued and what are the marks for it and can i carry exemptions for more than 1 subject?

1. Financial Management by I.M.Pandey- Very good book for understanding concepts and Compilations-to practice more problems

2. Strategic Financial Management by- V.Pattabhiram& S.D.Bala

Take a look at A.N Sridhar for MAFA. It is great for practice and covers both theory and problems and is exam oriented.

Thanks Kaushuvi and Deepa. But my problem is that the books of new course are not available, at least in Kolkata, and is the old syllabus and new one the same or there are major differences? Anybody from Kolkata, who can tell me where can i get New Course Books of both Groups would be appreciated.
