no point starting it now...
to be frank, better give ur attempt by putting it as CC AWAITED in ur exam form and proceed..
u can send it after ur exams...

i know about CS Executive exam in june09
bocz i write exam in june09, i nt complete cc paper.. can i give exam without clear cc paper..
