Start with questions you are most comfortable. There after when you attempt a few questions you will gain confidence and your mind will relax.

Be Calm...In this way you are lossing mark and sometimes You may fail because of this fear.
Take the exams as learning experience and not merely passing the exams.

The 15 minute cool off time should be used well to plan about the order of attempting the questions. Answering easy qns first will take some pressure off from you and give you more time to attempt tougher ones.
The best way to ease tension is to prepare very well during these two months. Tension and worry shows that we need more preparations. So once you are well prepared, you will see that qns asked are similiar to the ones you have solved.
