Plz help the PCC passed student

Articleship completion requirement to be eligible to appear in the Final (New) Examination: A student
should complete 3 ½ years of practical training prior to the first day of the month in which Final
Examination is held.

Yes Akash ! My son abhas is also facing the same problem and he is asking me that if he got a fail in PCC then he might have converted him in IPCC and then In Nov.2008 he got cleared the IPCC and during the last six months of the Training he got a chance to clear the Final. I have also asked the ICAI that is it fault of my son to clear the PCC in his first attempt??? Your problem is the same and I wonder how this type of system got the approval???

I request all the PCC cleared students to appeal to the ICAI to remove this anamoly and permit them to appear in Final examination during their last six month of training.

WHAT YOU SAID IS CORRECT BUT NOW FOR PCC STUDENTS HAS TO COMEPLTE 3.5 YEARS ARTICLES TO WRITE FINAL EXAM.ONLY FOR IPCC CAN WRITE IN LAST 6 MONTHS..

PCC students can appear 4 final xams only after completing 3.5 years of training, as it is in ur case.

pcc passed student can only give final exam after 3 1/2 years of complete training period

 there is no such requirement of compulsory gap b/w pcc and final, the only eligibility or final exams is completing 3.5yrs of articleship, ofcource after pcc..

NO U CANNOT WRITE FINAL IN MAY 09

U CAN WRITE IN NOV10

WHEN U COMPLETES 3YEARS 6MONTHS TRAINING
