Plz..help not able to pay exam fees

hello,friend....

did u have axis bank acc or in some of ur friends...

this card is enable.......

or d card which have the secure number on back side of the card is accessible

i m also not able to pay the exam fees through atm

ATM cum debit card those has 16 digits card no. on front of card and cv v no. i.e.3 digits back side of card is acceptable whether it is master or visa card .

ya my card full fills all requirement but the it appear as " transaction decline by the Bank"

Yes u r right , i was also  faced that kind of problem  i.e. rajasthan bank card is also fulfill all requirements but not worked so i did  another bank card i.e. karnataka bank and it will accepted so you need to try another bank card ,

you can try private banks card 

Probably at the time of making payment by you the bank's payment terminal connected to internet might have not properly working , You may try once again.
