plz help me regarding online application

hi all , my problem is related to submission of online exam application.

ACTUALLY i have submitted online application after registration and paid fees through internet banking. After that i downloaded 2 pages of filled from that site. Now, i have to take print in required margin by the institute  and send to the institute. Here, my problem is that i am not able to set margin cause its in pdf format. If i send as it is to the institute with out setting margin would they reject my application? plz calrify me. and also tell me how can i set tne margin?
