i have applied online for icwai inter exam and made payment through debit card

i want to know whether form generated through online is also be required to sent to ICWAI Instiute

Dear Neha,

Kindly Note:-

Instructions for submission of ICWAI Exam Form Online:

The Fees shall be paid in favor of “The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India” payable at Kolkatta. The Payment shall be made only be Demand Draft and payments made by Money Order/ Indian Postal Order/ Cheque or any other mode will not be accepted. The Examination fees will not be refunded or carried forward in any case.
After filling up all the details and submitting the Exam Form Online, the Student has to take a print out of the same and sent to ICWAI, Kolkatta.
The Physical Copy of the Exam Form submitted shall reach ICWAI by 10^th April in case of June Attempt and by 10^th October in case of December Attempt
If the Exam Form are not submitted by 10^th April/10^th October – the student shall be liable to pay a late fee of Rs. 300 provided he submits the Exam Form by 20^th April/20^th June for June/December Exam respectively
The Exam Form will not be accepted beyond 20^th April/20^th October under any circumstances
Only 1 Demand Draft for the full amount (including Late Fee, if any) should be enclosed along with the Examination Form. Applications received with more than one Draft will not be accepted. No remittance other than Examination Fees should be sent with the Application Form.
The Address furnished by the Student will be treated as the official address for sending Admit Card / Marks Sheet / Certificate etc. and any examination related correspondence.
If a candidate has been allowed the benefit of exemption or carry forward of marks in any subject(s), such benefit shall stand automatically cancelled if the candidate appears in the subject(s) again.
A candidate must write in Block Letters the name of his/her Examination Centre and the Examination Centre Code in the space provided for in the Application Form.
Examination Centre once opted for will not be changed under any circumstances.
Passing certificate will mention the name of the centre where from the student appeared and completed the passing examination
A candidate must write his/her Student Registration Number with the correct Prefix and not the Coaching Enrolment Number in the appropriate columns. Applications without Registration Number or with wrong Registration Number are liable to be rejected.
Attested photocopies of Coaching Completion Certificates should be attached to the Application Form. Original CC Certificate should not be sent. Attestation may be done by any Gazetted Officer or a Member of ICWAI / ICAI / ICSI with his/her Membership Number.
The students are advised to keep the photocopy of the Demand Draft and the filled-up Examination Application Form with him/her before sending the same to the Institute for requirement in future for any reference.
In case of any difficulty or for any clarification, please contact your nearest Regional Council or Chapter Office.

The information provided by CA.Ayush sir is very correct.
There's nothing like "not up to date".
the online application (after making the payment) has to be sent to institute.
Take a copy of that before sending it to Institute for your betterment.

I made payment through debit card

there is no question of demand draft therefore i am cofused

You have answered your own querry !
There is no question of DD.

That's it.
Send only the application form alone. if applied for remaining group or both groups then also attach the necessary things like Computer training certificate( if not attached earlier) .

if payment made online, then no need to send generated form. it applies only for those, who paid fee thru DD. I know I am replying too late, as just now I came across with this thread.., hope it may help other applicants. You can confirm the same by calling 18003450092. Thanks..,
