I wanna knw actual leave allowed 2 us in 3 n half yrs of articleship??
Is it 180 days or actual period served/6 ??????????

actual period served/6....................but In whole 3.5 years of articleship it come to maxmium of 180 days approx

It is calculated on the basis of the period served/6

It has been clearly explained in Training guide provided from ICAI.

Leaves shall be calculated on the basis of total no. of days u served divided by 6 subject to maximum 180 days of leaves.

In training guide issued to PCC students, the maximum of 180 days is not mentioned.
