Hi Friends! Can anybody please tell me that after 2004 were there any amendment made in Clause 49 of the listing agreement? If yes, then what they are? Thanku!

There are certain amendments in Clause 49 from 2004. Please find enclosed herewith latest Clause 49 for your reference.

Thanks a lot for this file. Actually i wanted to know that what are the amendments which were incorporated afer 2004 i.e, not those which were made in 2004. This file contains the entire amended clause 49. Can you tell, which are those?
