Plz help ca final changes

i have corporate law and audit applicable for may 15 .. are there any major amendmnts or the same book will do for nov15 plz help.plz.. i saw institutes amntdmnt bt cant undrstnd in law.. in audit there is caro2015 . plz help if there are any othr chamges . or for the time being shall i stdy with the same book
