I am taking class with vikas but my calss is started now so that is the reason i am senind this post plz help.

Could anyone tell me the procedure for change in name of the existing private limited company...i have filed form 1A alongwith the resolution..and the name has approved bt still we didnt get any confirmation or ammended certificate by ROC.. do i need to file form 1B??? pls its urgent Best regds.
