hello everybody

i m pursuing IPCC and my exams are from 6/10/09 can any help me with some studying tips for TAXATION AND LAW and some IMPORTANT TOPICS

Hi Ashish... in both the subjects, u need to learn out various sections....

U don't have any other option, but trust me, it would fetch u good marks as sections do represent ur knowledge abt the subject....

And, as sch theres no "IMPORTANT" term in ICAI's dictionery, or rather "EVERYTHING IS IMPORTANT" is what they believe...

But yes, in LAW.. u can consider AGM/EGM, Prospectus in COMPANY LAW as most important topics... While in INCOME TAX.. hot fav. one is PGBP....

Anywz, all the best for ur preparations,.. and try to note all imp. topics in some notes and refer them at the revision time before exam..

In law, revision is best made through writing in a copy and in tax law practice of various problems makes u requisite confidence for the exams.... don't try to cram the section. try to learn by writing in a notebook alongwith provision of that section this makes u easily recall the relevant section. Best of luckkk

Sorry, bt i too suggested him the same, i.e writing the notes... and nt just craming them...

I'd not prepared for audit or law theoratically in so deep, but i'd all sections numbers and their content wid me.... I was able to get exemption in both subjects... So, i think sections as well as their knowledge helps a lot...

plzzzz sussget me which book is best for Strategic Managment prepration. except Nitesh kumar. becoz his langugage is very tough.so plzz suggest me as soon as possible i have my exams in nov 2009

Hi manasvi... have u tried for PADHUKA???? I went fr that, and really, the language was easy and all the topics were covered as per ICAI.... E1 for LAW and AUDIT as well, i prepared from that only....

I think it will do for u as well..
