our company has registered office at agra on 31.03.2014, address changed to delhi as on 30.6.2014 and then changed to mathura as on 27.09.2014.my query is-

which address will be on balance sheet of the company for financial yr 2013-14.-delhi.agra or mathura?

agm date is considered or date of signing of balance sheet or any other date is considered.

 

plz advise.

address which is showing on mca website, on the date of balance sheet would be relevant address

I think, as balance sheet will form part of Annual Return and annual return will contain the address as on the date of AGM of the company, as registered with ROC

Change in redg. Office require intimation to roc. if it has done than mca21 will automatically show new address
