Hi ppl,

I have a doubt in service tax. If a common brand name is used by a couple of service providers, then Under this circumstance the minimum threshold limit of Rs 10 lacs is applicable for each service provider or common brand name? Kindly let me know dis ASAP..

No the threshold limit for service tax is calculated on the basis of cumulative not on individual / single service.
