WHILE FILING THE IPCE FORM I AM NOT ABLE TO DO THE ONLINE PAYMENTS INSPITE OF FILLING ALL THE VISA DETAILS CORRECTLY.
IF ANYONE'S PYMT TRANSACTION IS SUCESSFUL DEN PLZ KINDLY HELP ME OUT AS TO WHAT MIGHT HAVE GONE WRONG IN MY CASE..

Ur Visa card might not be registered..
or ur Visa card might not be authorized to make online payments..

it asks a master card secure code. but i havent received any secure code from my bank. what do i do?
