Hello ....
I am trying to make online payment of exam fees using debit cards.....but as soon as i enter details and click on make payment.. the message displayed is "YOUR TRANSACTION IS NOT SUCCESSFUL"., Bank declined Transaction... On calling up the Chapter Office i was informed that this is because ICAI site is not working...plz Help.....!!!!!

The same problem happened with me.It can be resolved by contacting your branch bank manager

I am using Kotak Mahindra Bank's Card. i have tried the transaction almost 6-7 times

Contact ur bank & ask for solution.....
& even if problem doesnt get solved make payment via sombody else's card and pay him the cash

If your transection through mastercard or visa(debit card) of any bank.It will be successful if the system of both side is running and sarvar of both side is not down.Try again with above mentioned cards or credit card of any bank.If bank website will show "Transaction is not successful" it means your ammount is in your account.If it will show "transsaction is successful" than ammound of fee transfered to ICAI.

I have cleared PE II exams in nov 2009.I have joined Articleship on 15th Feb 2010.My final exams will due in may 2012.Is there any possiblity that it will due in nov 2011.Kindly provide me information regarding this.Thanks

Better u try some other bank's card...............my friend also tried Kotak's no. of times.............but in vain.......

Thanks every 1 for ur help....i m planing to pay fees by Credit Card now...wud that work...in that case can i make paymnet even if i dont have sufficient balance at the time of filling form but later i deposit the reqd amount?????

ICICI debit card is better to make payment.
