No need to wait for result if 40 is also not expected in your view. I advise you to start from now itself, so that you can do one revision before Nov. exams.

chinta mat karo, last nov.2010 me ipcc accounts ka paper bhi kuch aisa hi tha aisa kya isse bhi badtar tha i didnt expect passing marks but i was clear with 49 marks.  aur accounts me aisi  tayari  thi k mujhe umeed thi exam se pahle k mere above 70 ayenge but paper dekhte hi pasina chut gaya , sirf ek question 10 no. ka perfect ata tha , i.e. profit prior to incorporation, aur cash flow ka question ka toh kya kahna itne mast adjustment but kya kare kabhi us type k adjustment solve hi nahi kiye the , aur phir institute ne cross holding bhi dal diya rahi gayi kasar yaha nikal di , aur haan ek question toh aisa tha jise padne me mereko 20 minute lag gaye i.e. non profit organization ka , 

bas us samay toh halat kharab ho gayi par dear mene himmat nahi hari mujhe pata tha fail toh hu hi , kyu na solve kare jaisa ata h waisa hi solve kiya bas accounts k basic concepts ko dhyan me rakte huwe 68 no. tak ka paper attend kiya aur chor diya upar wale k bharose and after exams i check my answers with solved answer  and i got 54 marks bas kuch umeed jagi k pass ho jayenge aur ho bhi gaye 

so priya dont worry result acha hi hoga ..

wait till results.bcoz it may also turn luck and you might pass.
results may be announced in 10-15 days.so dont worry.
even if u prefer to study now ,you will not have mind to concentrate.
so dont study but if u are 100% sure that u will fail then read
