Yes compulsorily attend all other papers... and get 60+ in the paper to get exemption...
Remember that exemptions of any 1 exam can only be carried forward... In other words, if u get exemption in paper 1 this time, and get exemption in paper 2 next time, u can carry forward only either of the 2 exemptions... so if u r aimin for an exemption this time, make sure u pass atleast that group the next time around...

Dear Ankit, u only need to be present for the group in which u want exemption. In ur case u dont have to be present in any of the papers of grp 2..but be present for all the 4 papers of grp 1. An exemption is valid for only the next three attempts.

Hello Ankit,
To get an exemption in any paper, it is mandatory to attend all the papers of that group.
In case you opt for getting exemption in any paper of group 1, it is not mandatory to attend the papers of group 2.
All the best.

If in Nov 2010 ca final examination, if one paper is above 60 % but couldn't get required aggregate % in the group , will that paper be exempted for the next 3 attempts ? This being the last attempt in existing syllabus. From next attempt onwards new course is applicable.
Please somebody help.

Yes, it will be exempted... the corresponding paper in new scheme will get the exemption for the balance no of attempts...
