RCM IS COMPULSORY OR 5000 DAILY LIMIT IS APPLICABLE
5000 limit is applicable to all intrastate inward supplies from UNREGISTERED DEALERS only. But you have to see this limit in aggregate for a particular day.
In your case I guess transportation and CA fees may attract reverse charge if the payment exceeds 5000 in a day.
For bank charges, Reverse Charge may not be applicable as almost all the banks are registered under GST.
And accountant salary will also not attract reverse charge as it is a salary payment to an employee.
