PLZ GIVE LINK TO DOWNLOAD ITR 4 IN EXCEL UTILITY.I WAS SEEN ON INCOME TAX SITE BUT ITR 4 AVAILABLE IN JAVA UTILITY.

But any other option available bcz last date of return filing is 31st july then how to file??

use the java utility....

Excel utility is not available from ay 2014-15 onward... you have to use java utility

Use Java utility, as it appears there is not going to be Excel utility version made available, with just less than 2 weeks left.
