What adjusted purchase and how to treat for accounting purpose? Does it affect closing and opening stock.. Plz explain.. With example

ur question is not clear.. any way if i look it in the way whether adjusting purchase amt  will affect op stk or cl stk.. it wil not affect op stk value but wil hav effect on cl stk value..!!

I mean the term 'adjustated purchase or purchase adjusted, not sure' which affect closing stock..
