Is there any difference between quoted shares and listed shares as far as capital gain is considered

Hi Madhu, I do not think there is any difference if we speak strictly realting to capital gains

As for as captai gain is concerned there is no question of Quoted and Unquoted things... If there is Gian /(Loss) , it will attract Capital Gain Taxation.
