Pls reply very urgent
One of my audit client (government College) and he takes salary in his is R/P account but the salary is directly given to the lecturersin bank by government SO IS It Correct That The college shows salary in its account though it doesnt give to staff

What is the SOP for this class of transaction? Is there deviation if yes then mention it in audit report.
