Pls reply (regarding ATC )

I applied for ATC certificate online from https://www.icai.org/addupdate/dec72008.php as i completed PCC and my articleship. Do i need to send copy of that application to ICAI and if yes then at which address??? And did any of u apply for the same???? Pls reply
