Pls pls help

Today I registered myself online for gmcs main at nirc-icai.org. After filling all the informations correctly when acknowledgement is generated that is showing the year of completion of articleship & 2 years of completion of articleship wrong I filled the right date & year while filling up the form. Now when I am trying to register myself again ten it is showing that this registration number is alreasy registered. Pls help what to do now
