what is the complete process to remove two already appointed director and in place of them how we can appoint two new directors in a Pvt. Ltd. company.

Removal Process:
Company Shareholders have rights to remove Director at any time.. you should give formal notice or 'Special Notice' to at the registered office of the company at least 28 days before a general meeting.
